### sec.380 Who is liable to pay vehicle registration duty For an application to register a vehicle, the applicant is liable to pay the vehicle registration duty. For an application to transfer a vehicle, the transferee and the transferor are liable to pay the vehicle registration duty. (sec.380-ssec.1) For an application to register a vehicle, the applicant is liable to pay the vehicle registration duty.
