### sec.369 Insurers to be registered A general insurer or life insurer must not carry on business in Queensland as an insurer unless the insurer is registered under chapter 12 , part 1 , to carry on the business. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. s 369 amd 2010 No. 11 s 47
