### sec.355 Who is a life insurer A life insurer is a person who writes life insurance whether or not the person is registered under the Life Insurance Act 1995 (Cwlth) . An insurance intermediary is not a life insurer. s 355 amd 2010 No. 11 s 43 (sec.355-ssec.1) A life insurer is a person who writes life insurance whether or not the person is registered under the Life Insurance Act 1995 (Cwlth) .
