### sec.246F Registration of transfer If land is sold under the order to sell, the person stated in the order for this section must— sign a transfer in the appropriate form in favour of the purchaser; and lodge the transfer with the registrar. The registrar must register the transfer as if it had been signed by the registered owner of the land.
