### sec.245L Reassessment—avoidance arrangement This section applies if the commissioner is satisfied an acquirer under a relevant transaction has entered into an arrangement, whether in writing or otherwise, to circumvent limitations on, or requirements affecting, eligibility for a concession under division 2 .
