### sec.230 Relevant transactions
This chapter applies to the following transactions ( relevant transactions )—
dutiable transactions on which transfer duty is imposed under chapter 2 ;
relevant acquisitions on which landholder duty or corporate trustee duty is imposed under chapter 3 .
