### sec.156M Exclusion of ss 21 and 22 (2) and (2A) To remove any doubt, it is declared that section 21 does not apply to the imposition of transfer duty on any of the following— an incomplete ELN transfer that is related to— a completed transfer; or another incomplete ELN transfer; a completed transfer; an incomplete ELN lodgement that is related to— a completed ELN lodgement; or another incomplete ELN lodgement; a completed lodgement. Section 22 (2) or (2A) does not apply to an incomplete ELN transfer that is related to a completed transfer. The fact that an incomplete ELN transfer is not related to a completed transfer does not affect a liability for transfer duty imposed on the incomplete ELN transfer. Section 22 (2) does not apply to an incomplete ELN lodgement that is related to a completed lodgement and for which there is an agreement that is not a relevant transfer agreement. The fact that an incomplete ELN lodgement is not related to a completed lodgement does not affect a liability for transfer duty imposed on the incomplete ELN lodgement.
