### sec.156K When liability for transfer duty is imposed Subsection (2) applies to a liability for transfer duty imposed on each of the following— any incomplete ELN transfer related to the completed transfer, other than the first related transfer; the completed transfer. The liability is taken to be imposed when the liability for transfer duty is imposed on the first related transfer. Subsection (4) applies to a liability for transfer duty imposed on each of the following— any incomplete ELN lodgement related to the completed lodgement, other than the first related lodgement; the completed lodgement.
