### sec.156E When an ELN transaction document is signed
An ELN transaction document for an ELN transfer is signed when all transfer information in the ELN workspace for the ELN transfer is digitally signed by or for all parties to the ELN transfer.
An ELN transaction document for an ELN lodgement is signed when all lodgement information in the ELN workspace for the ELN lodgement is digitally signed by or for all parties to the ELN lodgement.
