### sec.126 Exemption—transactions for trust created for person under legal disability
Transfer duty is not imposed on a dutiable transaction that is—
the transfer, or agreement for the transfer, of dutiable property from the trustee of a trust created under the Public Trustee Act 1978 , section 59 , to the beneficiary of the trust; or
the surrender of a trust interest of the beneficiary as a result of the transfer or agreement for the transfer.
