### sec.31 Transitional provision for Drugs Misuse Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002
To remove doubt, it is declared that this regulation, as in force immediately before the commencement of this section, continues to apply in relation to an offence against the Act committed before the commencement of this section.
Proceedings for an offence against the Act committed before the commencement of this section may be continued or started as if the Drugs Misuse Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 had not been made.

(sec.31-ssec.1) To remove doubt, it is declared that this regulation, as in force immediately before the commencement of this section, continues to apply in relation to an offence against the Act committed before the commencement of this section.
