### sec.14 Possession
The carrier is authorised to possess consigned cannabis for the time necessary for the carrier to transport it to the person to whom it is consigned and give it to the person.
The authorisation has effect only while the carrier is acting in accordance with the terms of the carrier’s engagement or employment.
