### sec.9C Producing relevant substances or things
A person who unlawfully produces a relevant substance or thing as defined under section 9A (2) , for use in connection with the commission of a crime under section 8 , commits a crime.
Maximum penalty—15 years imprisonment.
The Penalties and Sentences Act 1992 , section 161Q states a circumstance of aggravation for an offence against this section.
An indictment charging an offence against this section with the circumstance of aggravation stated in the Penalties and Sentences Act 1992 , section 161Q may not be presented without the consent of a Crown Law Officer.

(sec.9C-ssec.1) A person who unlawfully produces a relevant substance or thing as defined under section 9A (2) , for use in connection with the commission of a crime under section 8 , commits a crime. Maximum penalty—15 years imprisonment.
