### sec.97 Return of identity card A person who ceases to be an inspector must return the person’s identity card to the chief executive within 21 days after ceasing to be an inspector unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. s 97 ins 2002 No. 35 s 7
