### sec.92A Functions of inspectors An inspector has the following functions— to investigate, monitor and enforce compliance with this part; to investigate or monitor whether an occasion has arisen for the exercise of powers under this part; to facilitate the exercise of powers under this part. Subject to this part, an inspector may exercise the powers under this part for the purpose of these functions. s 92A ins 2018 No. 5 s 111 (sec.92A-ssec.1) An inspector has the following functions— to investigate, monitor and enforce compliance with this part; to investigate or monitor whether an occasion has arisen for the exercise of powers under this part; to facilitate the exercise of powers under this part.
