### sec.91 Appointment and qualifications
The chief executive may appoint any of the following as an inspector—
a public service employee employed in the department;
another person engaged by the chief executive for the purposes of this division.
However, the chief executive may appoint a person as an inspector only if the chief executive is satisfied the person is qualified for appointment because the person has the necessary expertise or experience.

(sec.91-ssec.1) The chief executive may appoint any of the following as an inspector— a public service employee employed in the department; another person engaged by the chief executive for the purposes of this division.
