### sec.73 Grounds for suspension action or cancellation
A ground for suspending or cancelling a licence exists if the licensee—
is not, or is no longer, a fit and proper person to hold the licence; or
contravenes a provision of this Act or a condition of the licence; or
does not pay a fee imposed on the licensee under this part.
Also, a ground for suspending or cancelling a licence exists if the licence was issued because of a materially false or misleading representation or declaration.

(sec.73-ssec.1) A ground for suspending or cancelling a licence exists if the licensee— is not, or is no longer, a fit and proper person to hold the licence; or contravenes a provision of this Act or a condition of the licence; or does not pay a fee imposed on the licensee under this part.
(sec.73-ssec.2) Also, a ground for suspending or cancelling a licence exists if the licence was issued because of a materially false or misleading representation or declaration.
- (a) is not, or is no longer, a fit and proper person to hold the licence; or
- (b) contravenes a provision of this Act or a condition of the licence; or
- (c) does not pay a fee imposed on the licensee under this part.
