### sec.56 Requirement to give information or material about application
The chief executive may, by written notice given to the applicant for a licence, require the applicant to give the chief executive, within a stated reasonable time, information or material the chief executive reasonably considers is needed to consider the applicant’s application for the licence.
The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the stated reasonable time, the applicant fails to comply with the chief executive’s requirement.
