### sec.47 Authorisations for licensees
A licensee is authorised to perform the activities stated in sections 50 , 51 or 52 for the licensee’s licence.
The activities are lawful for the purposes of sections 5 , 6 , 8 , 8A and 9 .
However, the activities are lawful only while the licensee performs the activities—
in accordance with this Act and the conditions of the licence; and
for a purpose consistent with the purposes of this part.
Subsection (3) is subject to section 81 (2) .

(sec.47-ssec.1) A licensee is authorised to perform the activities stated in sections 50 , 51 or 52 for the licensee’s licence.
(sec.47-ssec.2) The activities are lawful for the purposes of sections 5 , 6 , 8 , 8A and 9 .
(sec.47-ssec.3) However, the activities are lawful only while the licensee performs the activities— in accordance with this Act and the conditions of the licence; and for a purpose consistent with the purposes of this part.
(sec.47-ssec.4) Subsection (3) is subject to section 81 (2) .
- (a) in accordance with this Act and the conditions of the licence; and
- (b) for a purpose consistent with the purposes of this part.
