### sec.136 Transitional provision for regulation provisions in force under repealed part 5B
Until the end of 18 December 2002, the relevant provisions of the regulation continue to have effect as if the repealed part 5B had not been repealed.
In this section—
amending Act means the Drugs Misuse Amendment Act 2002.
regulation means the Drugs Misuse Regulation 1987 .
relevant provisions , of the regulation, means the provisions of the regulation that were in force immediately before the commencement of this section for the purposes of the repealed part 5B.
repealed part 5B means part 5B of this Act as repealed by section 7 of the amending Act.

(sec.136-ssec.2) In this section— amending Act means the Drugs Misuse Amendment Act 2002. regulation means the Drugs Misuse Regulation 1987 . relevant provisions , of the regulation, means the provisions of the regulation that were in force immediately before the commencement of this section for the purposes of the repealed part 5B. repealed part 5B means part 5B of this Act as repealed by section 7 of the amending Act.
