### sec.127 No costs to be awarded No costs shall be awarded with respect to any proceedings arising out of a charge of having committed an offence defined in this Act. Subsection (1) does not apply to costs awarded under a relevant provision in relation to a failure to comply with a direction about disclosure. In this section— relevant provision means— the Criminal Code , section 590AAA ; or the Justices Act 1886 , section 83B . s 127 (prev s 55) renum 2002 No. 35 s 11 amd 2010 No. 26 s 63 (sec.127-ssec.1) No costs shall be awarded with respect to any proceedings arising out of a charge of having committed an offence defined in this Act. (sec.127-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to costs awarded under a relevant provision in relation to a failure to comply with a direction about disclosure.
