### sec.122B Provision of information to court
If the court makes an order under section 122A and a police officer arranges for the defendant to participate in a drug diversion assessment program as mentioned in the order, the police officer must inform the provider of the drug diversion assessment program that the provider must, as required by the court’s order under section 122A , give the court a written report about—
the person’s participation in, and completion of, the program; or
if the person failed to participate in or complete the program—the person’s failure to participate in or complete the program.
The provider of the drug diversion assessment program may give the court the report by filing the report with the court and giving a copy of the report to the commissioner.
The commissioner must ensure a copy of the report is given to the prosecuting authority and the person’s lawyer.
In this section—
prosecuting authority means the entity responsible for prosecuting the charge of the minor drugs offence.
