### sec.110A Giving a compliance notice
This section applies if the chief executive or an inspector reasonably believes—
a person (the contravener ) has contravened a condition of a relevant authority in circumstances that make it likely the contravention will continue or be repeated; and
a matter relating to the contravention is reasonably capable of being rectified; and
it is appropriate to give the contravener an opportunity to rectify the matter.
The chief executive or inspector may give the contravener a notice (a compliance notice ) requiring the contravener to rectify the matter.
Failure to comply with a compliance notice is an offence under section 110C .

(sec.110A-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive or an inspector reasonably believes— a person (the contravener ) has contravened a condition of a relevant authority in circumstances that make it likely the contravention will continue or be repeated; and a matter relating to the contravention is reasonably capable of being rectified; and it is appropriate to give the contravener an opportunity to rectify the matter.
(sec.110A-ssec.2) The chief executive or inspector may give the contravener a notice (a compliance notice ) requiring the contravener to rectify the matter. Failure to comply with a compliance notice is an offence under section 110C .
- (a) a person (the contravener ) has contravened a condition of a relevant authority in circumstances that make it likely the contravention will continue or be repeated; and
- (b) a matter relating to the contravention is reasonably capable of being rectified; and
- (c) it is appropriate to give the contravener an opportunity to rectify the matter.
