### sec.100 Procedure for other entries This section applies if— an inspector is intending to enter, under section 98 (1) (b) , a place; and the occupier of the place is present at the place. Before entering the place, the inspector must do, or make a reasonable attempt to do, the following things— tell the occupier the purpose of the entry; tell the occupier the inspector is permitted under this Act to enter the place without the occupier’s consent. s 100 ins 2002 No. 35 s 7 (sec.100-ssec.1) This section applies if— an inspector is intending to enter, under section 98 (1) (b) , a place; and the occupier of the place is present at the place.
