### sec.70 Relief against proceedings to recover land
In relation to proceedings instituted or threatened to be instituted pursuant to section 68 (1) (b) (xi) , the District Court may exercise all or any of the powers and authorities of the Supreme Court under the Property Law Act 2023 , part 9 , division 5 .
