### sec.6 Where the Court may be held
The District Court may be constituted at any place.
The District Court as constituted by any of its members may sit in more than 1 place at the same time.
A regulation may declare—
the places at which the District Court is to be held; or
that the District Court is no longer to be held at a place.
The District Court held at a place may be referred to as the District Court at the place.
If the District Court is held at Toowoomba, the District Court at that place may be referred to as the District Court at Toowoomba.

(sec.6-ssec.1) The District Court may be constituted at any place.
(sec.6-ssec.2) The District Court as constituted by any of its members may sit in more than 1 place at the same time.
(sec.6-ssec.3) A regulation may declare— the places at which the District Court is to be held; or that the District Court is no longer to be held at a place.
(sec.6-ssec.4) The District Court held at a place may be referred to as the District Court at the place. If the District Court is held at Toowoomba, the District Court at that place may be referred to as the District Court at Toowoomba.
- (a) the places at which the District Court is to be held; or
- (b) that the District Court is no longer to be held at a place.
