### sec.28AA Protection and immunity of judges
A judge has, in the performance or exercise of a function or power of a judge, the same protection and immunity as a Supreme Court judge has in the performance or exercise of a function or power of a Supreme Court judge.
In this section—
function or power includes an administrative function or power conferred under an Act.
For the protection and immunity of a Supreme Court judge in the performance or exercise of an administrative function or power conferred on the Supreme Court judge under an Act, see the Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991 , section 27 .

(sec.28AA-ssec.1) A judge has, in the performance or exercise of a function or power of a judge, the same protection and immunity as a Supreme Court judge has in the performance or exercise of a function or power of a Supreme Court judge.
(sec.28AA-ssec.2) In this section— function or power includes an administrative function or power conferred under an Act. For the protection and immunity of a Supreme Court judge in the performance or exercise of an administrative function or power conferred on the Supreme Court judge under an Act, see the Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991 , section 27 .
