### sec.147 Transitional provision for Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010 To remove any doubt, it is declared that an appointment of an associate to a judge that is in force under section 36 immediately before the section is replaced by a new section 36 under the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010 , section 32 (Replacement of s 36), is taken, from the replacement, to continue in force as if it had been made by the Chief Judge under the new section 36.
