### sec.131 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may make provision for the control and management of the precincts of the District Court other than precincts that are Supreme Court precincts under the Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991 .

(sec.131-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
