### sec.130A Annual report As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, but within 4 months after the end of the financial year, the Chief Judge must prepare and give to the Minister a written report about the operation of the District Court during the year. The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving the report. s 130A ins 1997 No. 38 s 48 amd 2002 No. 34 s 10 sch 1 (sec.130A-ssec.1) As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, but within 4 months after the end of the financial year, the Chief Judge must prepare and give to the Minister a written report about the operation of the District Court during the year.
