### sec.13 Judge not to practise as lawyer, etc. A judge must not— practise as a lawyer or notary; or directly or indirectly be concerned or interested in the practice of a person mentioned in paragraph (a) or an incorporated legal practice. s 13 amd 2001 No. 81 s 133 sub 2004 No. 11 s 596 sch 1 - (a) practise as a lawyer or notary; or - (b) directly or indirectly be concerned or interested in the practice of a person mentioned in paragraph (a) or an incorporated legal practice.
