### sec.10A Seniority
The Chief Judge is senior to all other judges of the court.
The Judge Administrator is senior to all other judges of the court apart from the Chief Judge.
The remaining judges have seniority in relation to each other according to the dates of their commissions.
If the commissions of 2 or more judges have the same date, the judges have seniority in relation to each other according to the seniority assigned by their commissions, or, in the absence of an assignment, according to the order of their being sworn in.
In subsections (3) and (4) , a reference to a judge includes a judge who has ceased to be the Judge Administrator.

(sec.10A-ssec.1) The Chief Judge is senior to all other judges of the court.
