### sec.79 Requirements for direction about property The approved form under section 78 (1) must include provision for the following— information about the nature of the disaster situation; identifying the property to which the direction relates; information about— the purpose for which the property is to be used; and applying for compensation under this Act in relation to any loss or damage incurred because of the use of the property. The approved form must state— the provision of this Act under which the direction is given; and that the person to whom the direction is given must comply with the direction.
