### sec.53 Plan for disaster management in disaster district A district group must prepare a plan (a district disaster management plan ) for disaster management in the disaster district for the group. The plan must include provision for the following— the QDMC’s strategic policy framework for disaster management for the State; the roles and responsibilities of entities involved in disaster operations and disaster management in the district; the coordination of disaster operations and activities relating to disaster management performed by the entities mentioned in paragraph (b) ; events that are likely to happen in the district; priorities for disaster management for the district; the matters stated in the disaster management guidelines as matters to be included in the plan; other matters about disaster management in the disaster district the group considers appropriate. s 53 amd 2004 No. 53 s 2 sch ; 2024 No. 22 s 92 sch 1 (sec.53-ssec.1) A district group must prepare a plan (a district disaster management plan ) for disaster management in the disaster district for the group.
