### sec.52 Plan to be available for inspection etc. The chairperson of the QDMC must ensure a copy of the State disaster management plan is available for inspection, free of charge, by members of the public— at the department’s head office; and on the department’s website; and at other places the chairperson of the group considers appropriate. The group must, on payment of the appropriate fee, give a person a copy of the plan.
