### sec.27 Executive officer of district group
The police commissioner is to appoint a person as the executive officer of the district group.
The police commissioner may appoint a person under subsection (1) only if satisfied the person has the necessary expertise or experience to perform the functions of the executive officer of the district group.

(sec.27-ssec.1) The police commissioner is to appoint a person as the executive officer of the district group.
