### sec.21CA State recovery policy and planning coordinator
The role of the State recovery policy and planning coordinator is to be performed by—
the chief executive officer of the Queensland Reconstruction Authority under the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Act 2011 ; or
if the chief executive officer is unable to perform the functions of the office—an appropriately qualified person appointed by the chairperson of the QDMC.
The appointment must be in writing and may be terminated only in writing.

(sec.21CA-ssec.1) The role of the State recovery policy and planning coordinator is to be performed by— the chief executive officer of the Queensland Reconstruction Authority under the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Act 2011 ; or if the chief executive officer is unable to perform the functions of the office—an appropriately qualified person appointed by the chairperson of the QDMC.
(sec.21CA-ssec.2) The appointment must be in writing and may be terminated only in writing.
