sec.19APersons who are to assist or carry out other activities relating to the QDMC

### sec.19A Persons who are to assist or carry out other activities relating to the QDMC A regulation may prescribe persons who are to— assist the QDMC in carrying out the group’s functions; or carry out other activities prescribed by regulation that relate to the QDMC. Also, the chairperson of the QDMC may invite persons to— assist the QDMC in carrying out the group’s functions; or carry out other activities prescribed by regulation that relate to the QDMC. If the chairperson of the QDMC invites a person under subsection (2) , the person’s invitation is subject to the conditions decided by the chairperson. a person is invited to assist the QDMC only in relation to a particular meeting of the group s 19A ins 2014 No. 55 s 6 amd 2024 No. 22 s 92 sch 1 (sec.19A-ssec.1) A regulation may prescribe persons who are to— assist the QDMC in carrying out the group’s functions; or carry out other activities prescribed by regulation that relate to the QDMC. (sec.19A-ssec.2) Also, the chairperson of the QDMC may invite persons to— assist the QDMC in carrying out the group’s functions; or carry out other activities prescribed by regulation that relate to the QDMC.
