### sec.180 Continuation of chairpersons and deputy chairpersons of continuing groups This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was the chairperson or deputy chairperson of a continuing group. The person continues as the chairperson or deputy chairperson of the continuing group under the Act . For this Act, the person is taken to have been prescribed by regulation to be the chairperson or deputy chairperson of the group. s 180 ins 2014 No. 55 s 20 (sec.180-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was the chairperson or deputy chairperson of a continuing group.
