### sec.16E Inspector-General of Emergency Management
There is to be an Inspector-General of Emergency Management.
The inspector-general is appointed by the Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister.
The Minister may recommend a person for appointment as the inspector-general only if the Minister is satisfied the person is appropriately qualified to exercise the inspector-general’s functions and powers effectively and efficiently.

(sec.16E-ssec.1) There is to be an Inspector-General of Emergency Management.
