### sec.169 Executive officer of State group
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment as the executive officer of the State group under repealed section 19(3).
From the commencement, the person continues as executive officer of the State group, as if the person had been appointed under new section 21, until the person’s appointment as executive officer ends under section 21.

(sec.169-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment as the executive officer of the State group under repealed section 19(3).
