### sec.161 Particular local governments under the repealed Act
This section applies to a local government that, immediately before the commencement, was united with another local government, under the repealed Act, section 26(2), for the purpose of arranging and carrying out counter disaster measures.
On the commencement, the local governments are taken to be a combined local government under parts 2 and 3 of this Act.
