### sec.134 Other evidentiary aids
A certificate purporting to be signed by the police commissioner and stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—
a stated document is a thing as follows given, issued, kept or made under this Act—
an appointment, authorisation, approval or decision;
a direction, notice or requirement;
a stated document is a copy of a document mentioned in paragraph (a) ;
on a stated day and at a stated time a disaster situation started;
on a stated day and at a stated time a disaster situation ended;
on a stated day, or during a stated period, either of the following was, or was not, in force for a stated person—
an authorisation for the person to exercise declared disaster powers;
an authorisation for the person to exercise rescue powers;
on a stated day, a stated person was given a stated notice or direction under this Act;
on a stated day a stated requirement was made of a stated person.

- (e) on a stated day, or during a stated period, either of the following was, or was not, in force for a stated person— (i) an authorisation for the person to exercise declared disaster powers; (ii) an authorisation for the person to exercise rescue powers;
- (i) an authorisation for the person to exercise declared disaster powers;
- (ii) an authorisation for the person to exercise rescue powers;
- (f) on a stated day, a stated person was given a stated notice or direction under this Act;
- (g) on a stated day a stated requirement was made of a stated person.
