### sec.125 Review of a decision to pay compensation An applicant for the payment of compensation under this division who is dissatisfied with the police commissioner’s decision to refuse to pay compensation or about the amount of compensation may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of the decision. s 125 sub 2009 No. 24 s 101 amd 2024 No. 22 s 92 sch 1
