### sec.123 Deciding application
The police commissioner must consider and decide an accepted application within 60 days after the last of the following to happen—
the police commissioner receives the application;
the police commissioner receives all necessary information to decide the application.
If the police commissioner has not decided an accepted application within the period stated in subsection (1) for the application, the police commissioner is taken to have refused to pay compensation.
In this section—
accepted application means an application made under section 121 (2) or an application the police commissioner accepts under section 121 (5) .

(sec.123-ssec.1) The police commissioner must consider and decide an accepted application within 60 days after the last of the following to happen— the police commissioner receives the application; the police commissioner receives all necessary information to decide the application.
(sec.123-ssec.2) If the police commissioner has not decided an accepted application within the period stated in subsection (1) for the application, the police commissioner is taken to have refused to pay compensation.
(sec.123-ssec.3) In this section— accepted application means an application made under section 121 (2) or an application the police commissioner accepts under section 121 (5) .
