### sec.115 Obstruction of authorised person
A person must not obstruct an authorised person in the exercise of a power unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
If a person has obstructed an authorised person and the authorised person decides to proceed with the exercise of the power, the authorised person must warn the person that—
it is an offence to obstruct the authorised person unless the person has a reasonable excuse; and
the authorised person considers the person’s conduct an obstruction.
In this section—
obstruct includes assault, hinder, resist and attempt or threaten to obstruct.
