### sec.6 Termination of director’s appointment
The director may resign office by writing signed by the director and delivered to the Minister.
The Governor in Council may terminate the appointment of the director for misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity.
The Governor in Council shall terminate the appointment of the director if—
the director becomes bankrupt or takes advantage of the laws in force relating to bankruptcy; or
the director is absent from duty, except on leave of absence to which the director is entitled under the conditions of the director’s employment or granted by the Minister, for 14 consecutive working days, or for 28 working days in any period of 12 months; or
the director contravenes section 7 .
Termination of the appointment of director shall be by way of notification in writing signed by the Minister and given to the director personally or by post.
