### sec.64 Application of amended s 43AA to previous orders Amended section 43AA applies to any contravention of a previous order that happens after the commencement. Previous section 43AA applies, or continues to apply, in relation to any contravention of a previous order that happened before the commencement. In this section— amended section 43AA means section 43AA as amended by the Criminal Law Amendment Act 2014 . commencement means the commencement of this section. previous order means a supervision order or an interim supervision order made before the commencement. previous section 43AA means section 43AA as in force immediately before the commencement. s 64 ins 2014 No. 39 s 42 (sec.64-ssec.1) Amended section 43AA applies to any contravention of a previous order that happens after the commencement.
