### sec.54 Amendment does not affect existing orders The amendment of this Act by the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2005 , part 11 does not affect any order made under the Act and in force immediately before the commencement. An order mentioned in subsection (1) continues to have effect according to its terms after the commencement.
