### sec.42 Court’s power to order re-arrest on appeal by Attorney-General
This section applies if an order is made under section 41 (2) (b) for the detention of a prisoner.
The Court of Appeal, the judge of appeal or the court may, when the order is made or afterwards, issue a warrant for the prisoner’s apprehension and committal into custody.
